며칠 전, Google Certified Educator Level 1 시험을 보려고 했습니다.
시험 등록도 마쳤고, 마음 다잡고 시험 안내 메일에 있는 '시험을 시작하려면 여기를 클릭합니다.'를 클릭했는데…
❗ 시험을 볼 수 없었습니다. 구글 교육 센터로 가서 평가등록을 확인하면
❗ "현재 이 시험은 예약되어 있습니다"라는 안내가 나옵니다.
❗ 시험 시작 시간은 지나가고, 아무 조작도 할 수 없었죠.
🤯 “혹시 내가 뭘 잘못했나?”
🤔 “이미 시험 예약된 거면, 왜 다시 예약이 안 되는 거지?”
진행 방법
며칠 지나면 정상작동할까 싶어 3일 이상 기다렸지만 그대로였습니다.
그럼 레벨2 시험은 정상 작동할까?
레벨2 시험 접수를 하고 조금 기다려 시험 확인 메일을 받고 '시험 시작' 버튼을 눌렀습니다.
그런데...아래와 같은 메시지만...
레벨2도 시험을 볼 수가 없었습니다.
먼저 레벨1 시험 오류와 관련된 메일을 지피티에서 영어로 작성해 시험 담당자에게 보냈습니다.
시스템 오류인 것 같지만 시험을 놓쳤다고 말하며 재등록 가능하게 해달라고 요청했습니다.

I scheduled the Google Certified Educator Level 1 - Korean exam for July 8, 2025, but I missed the exam.
Now, even though more than 3 days have passed, the system still shows that the exam is "scheduled" under my account, and I am unable to re-purchase or register again.
Can you please remove the previous exam record or reset my account so I can purchase the exam again?

이메일을 다시 발송했다는데 새로 온 메일은 없었습니다.
시스템 오류가 수정되었다고 생각해 레벨2 시험 준비 완료 메일로 들어가 시험 시작 클릭!
다행히 레벨2 시험은 정상 작동해 시험을 봤습니다. 우수한 성적(^^)으로 합격! 뭐, 점수는 안 나오니...^^
"이제 가벼운 마음으로 레벨1 시험을 등록하고 바로 시험 봐야지!"
그런데...시스템 오류는 여전히 해결되지 않았습니다. T.T
"현재 이 시험은 예약되어 있습니다" 라고 나오고 접수가 안되는 상황.
그래서 다시 메일을 보냈습니다. 첫 메일에도 캡처 화면 첨부했었는데, 이번에는 빨강 네모로 강조! ^^
레벨2 시험 문제는 해결되어 무사히 시험을 완료했다.
그러나 레벨1 시험 접수 문제는 해결되지 않았다.
확인 후 조치 바란다.
